Delete Your SystemCraft Account

How to delete your account, and exactly what happens to your data when you do.

Delete your account in the app (recommended)

  1. Open SystemCraft on your Android device.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out on all devices.

Can't access the app?

Email us at thepraxels@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my SystemCraft account", sent from the Google account email you used to sign in. We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What happens after you delete

  • Immediately: your account is deactivated, all sessions are signed out, and your data is no longer accessible through the app.
  • 30-day grace period: if you change your mind, simply sign back in with the same Google account within 30 days — your account and data are restored and the deletion is cancelled.
  • After 30 days: your account and all associated personal data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What data is deleted

  • Your profile (name, email, profile picture).
  • Reading progress, completions, and streaks.
  • Recall quiz history and scores.
  • Notes and bookmarks.
  • App activity linked to your account.

What data may be retained

  • Billing records associated with past purchases, where we are legally required to retain them (e.g., for tax purposes) — see our Privacy Policy.
  • Aggregated, anonymised analytics that are not linked to your identity.

Active subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play — Google manages that billing relationship directly. To stop being charged, also cancel the subscription in the Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Subscriptions purchased directly from us are cancelled automatically when your account is deleted.
